Hi, I have an issue with the RCS credit card, my account was handled by dc expect, so I was on debt reviews for 3 years and the debt was paid off and even got a proof of payment. Recently I’ve been getting statement from them stating that I have an outstanding balance of R7000, I honestly don’t know how cause I even sent them a letter of settlement and a proof of payment but even this month I have receive a statement from them stating that I need to make a payment., that credit card was paid full, Please I need help
