help

i had an acc and was handed over...so now i was instore to settle the acc and pay it finish useing my rent money and i asked them to clear my name so i can go to the bank and make a loan to pay my rent...they could not help me...

i will not..i used almost R400 airtime...i have the cash to settle the acc..but i need my name cleard imediatly has i have a 4 year old boy to look after..i had to sell my bike also just to get some food..if i know my name will be cleared imeadiatly i will go and pay my acc..cause i need to go to a bank directly after that to make a loan to pay my rent

i did email my paid up letter and still havent got a response...im a father of an 4year old boy and sold my bike and used my rent money to pay this account...i need to go make another loan now to pay my rent and get transport...im very unhappy with you guys and will never let my friends open accounts there...
