HASSLE OF CLOSING OFF THE ACCOUNT. WORST SERVICE EVER!
The worst service ever! I paid off my account and gave them a call the next day to tell them to close it off. They promised to close it off and the next thing I have an instalment of R621.73. If you call the call centre you wait for around 30 minutes to get through and when you do go through you get transfered to different people who eventually help with nothing. Can someone please assist with closing off this account.
