Harrassment

Bought furniture at coricraft using RCS card. my account has been paid up every month on the 15th. RCS call centre sends me messages and calls me harrassing me about paying my account and everytime i tell them I pay on the 15th. On December 15, 2015 I made an EFT payment and sent through a proof of payment but I still received a phone call in the early hours of the morning during a public holiday (Dec 16) harassing me about a payment. I had to sent through a proof of payment three times and every time someone calls I tell the same story and receive the same response \ I apologise
