Harassment

Looking at the previous complaints seems like this is a trend with RCS. My mum was handed over by RCS to a collections company. My mum is a pensioner, I assisted her to settle the outstanding balance with VERICRED. We even received a clearance letter, paid up in 2018. A few months later she received emails from Reta******* indicating that they are acting on RCS's behalf and she still owes money. I called Reta******* and was advised to email the clearance letter, I did this and copied RCS in the mail. Today she received a very rude phone call regarding the outstanding amount. RCS you are a big financial company, surely you can communicate with your internal departments as well as the collection agencies before harassing your clients this is unacceptable.
