Harassment

I settled My account around October 2018 and requested for my account to be closed. I kept on getting SMSes still showing that I needed to Pay Money as my statement still showed that Im owing RCS. I called and they said " they didnt know why the account wasnt closed since I paid the settlement amount o the day I requested"

I eventually got Paid up letter confirming that the account has been closed. With the account Being closed I still feel Harassed due to non ending Smses that come every months even though I was assured that the account had been closed. some messages even come in midnight around 2am saying that I haven't paid. I have tried calling the contact center a few times and they keep you on hold for more than 20 minutes and the person who picks up the phone still doesn't help. Going to Game too doesn't help since all they dont have access to sort out those problems.

Even today I still got the sms saying that I owe them money.
