Happy RCS customers

I hard a bad experience with blue label debting my Game RCS with out my consent. For the amount of R897.00 , I had contacted RCS with regards to the matter.

I was hand over to Kaashif James in customers operation at RCS to help me resolve the matter. Kaashif was very professional , he did all the work for me and investigated why I was been debted by blue label , he gave me feedback regularly and made me feel important. This guy took my problem and made it his. He had resolved the matter and all the money was refunded including the interest.
