Handed me over despite payment being made

I am not sure what to do anymore, so have resorted to Hello Peter. I made a payment on my RCS account on the 24 April 2019. My debit order had not gone through for some reason (there were sufficient funds in the account) and I received an sms to say the account was in arrears and paid the outstanding amount immediately.

A few days after making the payment I phoned RCS / Dion wired to check the payment had reflected as I was still getting arrears sms’s and was told it could take up to 6 days to reflect. After still receiving sms’s I called again and was asked to forward proof of payment to 2 email addresses, which I did and never heard back.

Sms’s continued and I called again and was told they never received proof of payment. I sent again.

I could go on and on but this is still happening and NOBODY gets back to me.

On Saturday morning I received an sms to say I had been handed over due to non payment and have debt collectors calling me daily.

This is unacceptable. RCS have made ZERO attempt to sort this out, and their attitude is that their payments department is very backlogged due to 3 people working there.

This needs to be sorted out ASAP - I literally have no idea what else to do because their customer service is non existent.
