Great Service from RCS Loans

Morning, I just want to compliment all staff at the RCS Loans department. I have done a settlement on my loan. I have received the settlement letter in my inbox and I have settled the account and I called back to confirm the payment. They where working on a public holiday and customer service was still friendly and helpful. I have asked for a closure letter and I have received it also and confirmation that the account was closed.
