Great customer care from Bulumko

<p>I app**** for a credit limit increase a week ago and everytime I called to enquire I was sent to pillar to post, asked to send one document or another but on Monday I got through to an agent called Bulumko, he was amazing he also called me back and was passionate after the useless service I received. Bulumko is the best agent ever, the service he gave me was beyond and I am super grateful for agents like him.</p>
