I CALLED GAME TO CHECK MY INSTALLMENT FOR MONTH END, I WAS SHOCKED TO BE GIVEN AN AMOUNT THAT I DIDN'T EXPECT,SOMEONE HACKED MY ACCOUNT, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I DIDN'T GET SMS FOR THE TRANSACTION THAT WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT? I'M SO DISGUSTED BY THIS . I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T BUY.PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS ACCOUNT, I NEVER CHANGED MY CONTACTS HOW WAS THIS CRIME COMMITTED. I DO NOT OWE THE MONEY THAT THEY SAY I OWE, AS SOON AS THIS IS SORTED OUT PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT.

07 Feb 2019, 08:16i called the RCS 06/02/2019, i was told my documents were never received!! i went to game Festival mall and the lady email the ***** team herself and copied me, why is that the document which were sent in January were not received by i received them!!!! this is frustrating, im already being harrassed by the sms telling me i must pay, this is affecting my credit profile, can someone who knows and who can help give me a call, this is irritating.
