Game/RCS

Good day. Me and my husband have a really bad experience with RCS/ Game stores. My husband app**** for a Game loan and since January 2021 we are having trouble with payments to them. In December he app**** for a MyStore Game card which he was approved for. We have agreed to make both of them a debit order to go of ons the 8th of each month but since January we are having trouble because the debit orders does not go off and then we phone them and ask for banking details but are not receiving any feedback on the problem. Today my husband received an sms saying the debit order on the Loan went of double amd he was handed over for the MyStore Card. I would recommend no one to apply for accounts at Game/RCS because they are not helpfull for assistance when you phone them with problems. Me and my husband will never do business with Game/RCS again. I will finish paying the accounts and i will never do business or any financial services again.
