Game/mbd rude and inconsiderate call center agents

Game/mbd I do acknowledge that I have an owning balance and when contacted I advised the consultants that I am in hospital and will make arrangements when I am out however I still get called daily and advise each consultant the same thing today the consultant screams at me on the phone clearly game or your debt collection department and has no compassion for people and is so rude I will settle my account and will never take a game account again rude and inconsiderate
