Game Stores - RCS

Good day

I settled my account with Game Stores -RCS around April 2019. After having notified them via email, phone calls and visting their Vincent Park Sore on several occasions to my surprise when I checked my Credit Report, it still shows that i have an unsettled balance of R7397. After discovered I called them again today but it might take them another year to resolve this.
