GAME stores and RCS *****.

Someone used my banking details to open a Game stores account. Its the second time this has happened and don't know how because it should be flagged as *****. I was advised by and RCS agent to sent an email on ********** with an affidavit starting that I do not have an account. How is it possible for someone who doeskin have my ID no. and use my banking details to open account with you guys, this happened in 2017 and now again 2018. your system is flawed and must be fixed.
