Game Store Card WON'T remove the *noose* around your neck!!

I have been struggling all year to bring down my Game RCS Store Card!! They have changed how bringing down the credit limit works, something I don't experience from any of my other creditors making me indebted to them! Just this week like I try to every month, I have asked them to bring down my credit limit, they came back saying they will only bring it down by R271 even though I have R968 credit!! This was on 10 August yet it still is not reflecting on my app that this has been done.
