Game RCS payment still not reflecting and conflicting information provided

It’s been 31 days and 18 minutes since I made this payment and it’s still not reflecting on your side. To help you, here’s a timeline of my payment history with RCS: I opened up a Dion Wired account in November 2015. From November 2015 to July 2017, I made payments to the Dion Wired ABSA account with account number ***. All payments were made using the Capitec Bank app. In August 2017 I experienced trouble making a payment to the beneficiary. I called Dion Wired. They told me to add a new beneficiary, Game Loans, and make all future payments to that beneficiary. The account number is ***, also at ABSA. Game Loans is the same beneficiary I've been paying every month from August 2017 - August 2020. I've not changed any of the details since this a Capitec-registered beneficiary which is pre-set up on the Capitec Bank app. Every payment until July 2020 using this beneficiary has been successful. The July 2020 payments reflects on the Game Card E-Statement - August 2020 I received on Friday, 14 August 2020. I made a payment on 27 August 2020 of R280 to the same beneficiary I've made successful payments to from August 2017 - July 2020. Shortly after, I've received a barrage of SMS, emails and telephone calls telling that my account is in arrears. The latest one being today. My credit profile now also reflects a non-payment, affecting my credit score. In the last 31 days, I’ve also received two different sets of bank details which are supposed to be the correct ones – one set by email, another by WhatsApp, both from RCS staff. Both details can’t be right, so which one is it? Those details are: Received by email on 22 Sep 2020 at 11:40 Account Name: Game debtors deposit acc Bank: Absa Bank Account no: *** Branch Code: 632005 Reference: Full 16 digit account number: *** Received on WhatsApp on 21 September at 9:17: Account name: RCS Card Bank: Standard Bank Account number: *** Branch Code: 051001 *** What has happened to the money I paid at the end of August? It’s clearly in an account affiliated to RCS (since a payment for my account appeared on my statement)

I've just received a phone call about the arrears on my account. It was clear that the person I spoke to hadn't read this, or bothered to find a solution besides parrot that I was in arrears.

I asked you a question: which account is the right one? Instead, the person who called me told me to go to a branch to make a payment. You are too lazy to even supply the right information to me.
