GAME, RCS, MDV COLLECTIONS GROUP - RUINED MY CREDIT RECORD WITH *********** STAFF!!!!!

Absolutely no words for the terrible or should I say NO service from them on resolving my GAME account that has been handed over to some collections company that hounds me on a daily basis that has no clue on the matter or history even after thousands of emails AND phone calls explaining every and the history of this account!!! They just keep on adding more and more charges and interest!!! RCS is now responsible for ruining my whole credit record that I've been working so hard on to built up to get my first home loan!!! I want to WARN and RECOMMEND all to stay as far away from RCS and GAME accounts... Actually all account linked to RCS!!! Staff is totally untrained, customer service is non existant and the contact line is not working.... You hold on forever with no answer....I have to go look for legal Aid now as I have no assistance and the amount is so insane I can't afford it!!!!
