I have made payment full payment settling my account in full!! You confirmed that you received my payment however I am still getting emails stating that I arrears!!! Your customer service take years to reply to my emails and when the do the respond they only say we received the payment and it does reflect!! I need a my account to be closed I need a paid up letter!!! Why can’t I be assisted with that!! Why are you not assisting me!!!! You are now keeping me as your customer by force!!! I want my account closed I have sent countless emails No One is assisting me!!!
