Game is the worse account to have

Game store is my worst account i have ever had looks like they dont what people to be done with their accounts cos i paid my balance in full and i phoned to ask them 2 close my account and they said 30 working days now that i have asked them is it closed they send me an email saying i still owe them R500 and and that i reversed money which i never did in my life
