Frustrated RCS client

Never have i paid to listen to classic instrumental music via the phone call speaker of my mobile. I tried calling in to RCS on several occasions in the last week. Each time i called, i was on hold for longer than 8 minutes before hanging up, listening to tunes via the operator. Does one really have to go through all this just for a settlement letter? I have been trying since last week Wednesday, 1 week to date and there is nothing the Google can provide with regards to contact details other than the numbers which i did already try.

PLEASE!!!!
