********** VIP Card Dispute

Hi,<br> <br> I got a call from RCS last year towards the end of the year and they offered me a RCS credit card which I received in December, signed for it at Game in Rosebank. I have only 1 card with RCS which is a credit card account of which I have never used it and I am also cancelling it due to the RCS people who do ***** on our accounts.<br> <br> I got call last week from the RCS agent advising me that my account is due with R1900.00 that I need to pay at the end of February. There's a VIP card that has been opened on my name without my permission. I have emailed the copy of my ID as well as the Affidavit on Tuesday.<br> <br> Please close that stupid VIP account and also cancel the RCS credit card. I don't want to do business with a company like this and you dare list my name on the credit bureaus I will sue you and I will never pay for the account I never have nor used.<br> <br> PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS ISSUE AND RESOLVE IT URGENTLY.<br> <br> <br> <br>
