********** RCS

So someone tried to open an account on RCS with my details. i call RCS to find out who tried to open this account at which branch of coricraft it happened and all i got was the run around. First i was told i am being put through to ***** department the guy i was put through to did not know anything and said he will put me through to someone who can assist. i was put through to someone who actually tried to sell a loan to me when i am trying to find out who is opening ********** accounts in my name. his name was Malibongwe Mayile.

so I ask to speak to his manager he refuses. until he eventually relented. he puts me through to Zulpha Samsodien who takes my details and promises me that someone from their ***** department will call me back within the hour. i only get a call 5 hours later from someone who does not know what is happening . no back story no nothing . i have to recount my story again and he says he will put me through to a manager in the ***** team Candice.

i get put through to a number where the phone has been answered but nobody is saying anything. i keep saying Candice Candice for 5 minutes without an answer where i eventually have to drop the line.

if it is this difficult to get through to someone who is able to assist how am i not to believe that RCS permits this ********** kind of behavior because it increases their profits

i have spent the day trying to get someone to assist but obviously nobody at rcs cares.
