**********, poor service from Game Stores and RCS

I took out an RCS card at the Game in Bayside Mall in Tableview in 2012 and agreed to have a debit order coming from my account - once the full amount was paid back with the interest they charged too I found out that they continued to debit my account without my consent! I got hold of my bank and stopped the debit orders then called them to investigate and return the money taken without my consent.

I spoke to a woman who assured me they would cancel the card and that they found the application form I filled in that the man who I handed the form to had tampered with it. It's now been eight years later I am still getting calls and SMS's harassing me to pay for I card that they still haven't cancelled and am being charged a service fee for!

Please can I get some help to get this resolved? It's unacceptable and now damaging my credit record.
