I had an account with RSC 10 years ago, which was paid in full and closed. Recently when I went on itc account I found the account open and shows that I owe about R10K, I called rcs call center numerous times and send them the proof of my itc report to this day nothing has been done, in fact their mess made my credit score to drop tremendously
