********** DEBIT ORDERS AND ACCOUNTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an amount of R996.47 debited off of my account on 26 April.

I have spoken to someone at RCS who says this is a Dion wired account (she was unable to assist me further???). I have never opened up a Dion wired account and under no circumstances approved the debit order!!!

I cannot get hold of anyone to assist???

I request that you cancel the account, investigate this matter and revert back urgently. You are not authorized to debit my account without my permission and, further, I did not open such account so this must be a ********** matter that should be taken seriously.

This is extremely concerning that this has happened and I trust that you can assist with a timeous response.
