********** application - Violate of personal rights

Attention Game Store & RCS Card Division Yesterday I received Email notification that I have app**** for a Game Store and I have never been to Game Store. This Morning I phoned the number provided on the Email address, then I was transferred to ***** Department. I spoke to Male Consultant by name of NIAZ. I can assure that he condone such ********** activities herein he indicated that it’s something not new to them and no actions will be taken. He further said I will not tell you my personal names. Game does not allow us to disclose such information.

How can you tell a client that game will however close the account write if as it was a *****, then what about my reputational credit wellbeing? And the whole process could take up to years to be finalised. Sometimes you need to hire competent personnel to do such sophisticated job. There are more factors involved to this ********** application than what your consultant Niaz thought.

I then request the details of the person who has committed the ********** activities using my ID. That person must be held accountable as per Industrial labour relation acts and internal policy and procedure. Before involving external parties. The mare fact that NIAZ said Game would have written it off eventually, it indicate it is something that Game do and most customers are not aware of it.

Kindly address this issue as a matter of urgency, provide me with the name of the person who has done the ********** application, where did they get my ID and salary sources. This is serious offence and it shouldn’t be taken light. Game has violated my Personal Rights and Inbreached DATA privacy. Kind Regards Thato Lamola ***
