********** activity on account

I received an sms today stating I spent 8890 using my game store card. I called the number on the sms to query as I was sitting at home in my pajamas at the time. The lady asked for my details which I provided, then told me she will send an email with all the docs I need to send and that I needed to get an avidavit. Not long after, I got a call from sipokazi who wanted to verify my purchase of 8890. I informed her that I did not make that purchase. She advised that she needed to contact the branch and then call me back. She called back stating that it was at Edgar's and she could not get through. She said she would sms me details of what I need to do. I have submitted my docs to disputes and vouchers at RCS. I am happy with the support I got, however I am very worried that people are able to access my account so freely. I cannot get onto my game app. The purchase was made at Edgar's in Sandton. I have an Edgar's account and would never ever use my game account at Edgar's. I need to know that no further purchases will be made on my game account until this is sorted. I also cannot be paying for something I didn't even purchase myself. What is RCS doing to protect the consumer? Usually when I go to game, I need to present my ID. No matter how much I'm buying for. I have my ID in my possession, so how can this happen? Maybe you need to think about adding a pin number to use the account since it's so easy for someone else to access your account. Please get back to me. I am so so worried, I don't think I can wait 21 days to get a response from you. I want this matter sorted so I can pay what I owe (not the purchase made today) and close this account.
