Good day, I have my card on me yet having been receiving multiple SMS of transactions valuing over R20k that I have not made. I tried calling the number on my SMS, *** and the ***** department number on your website ***. I was collectively on the line for about 20min and was not assisted by the ***** department. Please have someone call me, and look into this ********** purchases. Initially unsure if this is a system error, I logged onto my RCS account online, and saw that the transactions is however linked to my account, as the sum was deducted from my balance. Please attend to this asap and revert to me before I open a case with SAPS.
