I am so frustrated, theres over R2600.00 missing from my account. I spoke to 2 of your consultants and they do not know nor can they explain as to what transpired. What type of ***** is being done to my account. I pay for this account religiously for it to have ********** activity on my account. I spoke to Tina who has advised that a supervisor is going to contact me after 2 hours. You really need to serious, as this is not the first time that i called in today and now i have to wait an additional 2 hours????? Somebody needs to account for this money thats missing in my account.
