An a account was open from Tekkie Town ********** in my name, I spoke to RCS in 2014 and in Feb 2015 they assured me that the default will be removed from my name and i would get a letter confirming this. <br> <br> Fast-Forward to October 2015 this is still not done an when I speak to a RCS consultant all I get is attitude and being told that certain acts are not her job! (Ghadija). <br> <br> I asked to speak to manager however they refused and their as well as the admin department. <br> <br> I did however get good service from Aisha - However the issue is still not sorted. <br> <br> <br> Please urgently assist. <br>
