*****ulant transactions in my name

I opened an account at Nwj in July 2019 which I paid off in advance. This was financed by RCS.

Now that I am done with account a consultant phoned me to ask me when I will make payment on a RCS credit card in my name which has been in areas since 2018?? I have never owned a credit card in my life!

At the time of the conversation I was dumb struck and told the consultant that clearly this is *****ulant. The person gave me a contact number to phone which I have been trying to do for the past 2 days! I have tried to contact the call centre as well and nothing. I have sent a mail... And nothing.

Don't tell me to call you... RCS can phone me!

All of the sudden I can see the unpaid account on credit score sites that I have not been aware of or are even responsible for under my name????
