*****elent account opened through identity theft
RCS *****elently opened an account against my name without my consent and knowledge only to be advised by one of the retail accounts that i had opened an account to my suprise!! I have never opened an account with RCS nor shared any of my details with such a group and demand that this false and *****elent account be immediately closed before escalating this matter to the ombudsman!!
