***** with RCS

I have a Makro and Builders account through RCS.. I had large credit available to me on these accounts as I hardly used them but as you know sometimes they help at the end of the month anyways I recently noticed large debt amounts going off my bank account. concerned, I phoned Makro to find out whats going on.. I was then told Cash advances were processed on both accounts just under R50k without my acknowledgement or request and my email address and contact no' were changed. I have submitted a ***** case against RCS to investigate 2 weeks ago.. I've had no response to my dispute. I can only imagine this is an internal doing on my accounts as I had no idea you were able to request cash on these accounts and having access to my personal information? Makro tells me the cash advanced requests where put into a unknown account without my authorisation? I stopped all debit orders a day ago and they were very quick to react.. Please dont sign up with RCS, unreliable and it's not Safe at all.. RCS I hope you read this and provide me with information and resolve this issue asap!
