***** on my paid off and CLOSED VIP RCS Card

I had a VIP RCS Card that I used to buy clothes with in Busby owned stores around the Joburg area... Forever New, Aldo and Mango.

I have moved overseas to the UK and before I left in September 2016 had paid off and closed my account by phone call to get my settlement installment and email to confirm my account closure as advised to do so.

I received a statement in July 2017 with a balance owed of over R9000 with purchases in Pine Town at MR PRICE SPORT and Petrol stations.

After spending the dispute forms and affidavit (which are issued by lawyers in the UK only and charged to obtain) to RCS and numerous phone calls - I have had no response and money keeps being taken from my bank account.

What I want to know is how did someone get my details and card number that I securely disposed of!???

I will not pay for your lack of security and checks let alone someone else's shopping spree under my name!
