***** on my credit report

I opened a game ACC on the 24th August , however when I checked my credit report yesterday it shows I have two game accs. I only opened one as far as I am concerned which has a credit limit of R7000. The other ACC has a limit of R20 000 and when I spoke to customer service thrice they saying they don't see that account but why is it showing on my credit report and to make matters worse the account has 2 late payments and has brought down my credit score by 59 points . I am more than annoyed to say the least . I want that account removed from my profile because I did not apply for it ,I only app**** for the R7000 game ACC not the R20 000, why is it even on my name . Sort this matter out asap
