Absolutely shocking. I have had my Pick n Pay store card cloned by someone in JHB, I have sent in a dispute form. Someone keeps on changing my contact number plus a credit application was done at Tyme Bank which is also part of the RCS group. Not one person has contacted me - I have tried phoning but I am just kept permanently on hold - I have sent emails and still nothing. Someone has spent over R8k on my card and NO ONE at RCS is getting back to me about this ***** - surely there must be somewhere I can go to either lodge a complaint or lay a charge of negligence because they have not kept my information secure
