***** and amounts deducted from my Coricraft account as Shoprite and Pep store accounts

There were two amounts taken of my Coricraft furniture account yesterday as Shoprite and Pep store purchases. Firstly , I do not shop at these shops and secondly the amounts of 4506.40 and 1000 deducted was alarming. I phoned the RCS call centre and explained to them what happened . I also questioned how my card could be used if I am in possession of this card. They confirmed that this type of transaction happens every day but I must send my details and an affidavit to the company's email reporting this transaction. When I further investigated this account and my records I realized this has been happening over a period of time as initially I only bought 6 chairs from Coricraft amounting to R4170(which I had paid this as a deposit). I have proof of everything. Both companies RCS and Coricraft are now in question). Therefore, someone at RCS has been doing this over a period of time and we the customer has been conned. I will be making a case against both companies. Kindly revert back to me urgently.
