***** account on my name

So there i was...checking my credit record just to see if my name was clean..just incase i needed to purchase anything. To my surprise i found out that i had an existing RCS auto account that i know nothing about, it looks like someone had opened an account using my name and all my details....although i never opened one. I am very disappointed and angry because i believe proper investigations should be done before any accounts are opened or any purchases done.how do i get RCS auto to clear my name??? Please help
