Bad customer service Don't care attitude Dragging my credit ratings in mud No feedback
Hi
My card was de***** in April 2019 and I called in and submitted all the necessary documents in May 2019 to date no feed back ,I called in again no feedback ,sent countless emails still no help.
Today received SMS that I have been handed over to Blake collection company .
Now iam forced to pay for ***** that took place without my authority .
Its been 4 months and no one cares at RCS.
My credit score and name is being dragged as bad payer due to in competence at RSC departments .
