I had an account with RCS which was closed in November 2018 or at least I was informed that the account was closed. To my suprise , I received an sms informing me of an instalment due in January 2018 with a link to view a statement. I was shocked when I opened the link because the statement shows that I had a transaction of R18000 done on the 7December 2018. How on earth is this possible??????????? I am on a call as I am typing waiting for 19minutes for someone to take my call so that I can report and enquire about this.

***** at its best. I need answers as in yesterday please. This as I am still struggling to get the account to be updated to paid up and closed with the bereaus. I have a paid up letter issued in August 2018.
