Hi my name is Priscilla.i have Game card.On 2018-11-14 I received 2 massages stating that my cell number on my Game card has been updated.I immediately contacted Game store customer service,i was given RCS number,i then contacted RCS customer service.I spoke to a lady i informed her about an sms.On the following day on 2018-11-15 I recieved an sms stating that my Game card has been blocked due to suspicious activity.I contacted RCS customer care to find out what was happening,the lady who was helping me informed me that on 2018-11-15 someone pretended to be me and used my card he/she used R39000 .She asked me send her an affidavits, copy of the Game card,my ID and 3 signature of which i did but i have not recieved any feedback till now.I really need your assistance.
