2011 I went to CTM tiles to open an account submitted my documents required they said they will update me as soon as it been approved. Only to find out three years later account was approved and R3000 was used on the account **********ly. Advised RCS in Cape Town head office that I was not responsible for this account when they requested payments outstanding. They required affidavit stating that and copy of my ID signed 10 times of which I did send to them. Even more frustrating received a call from Durban head office requesting samething of which I ended up doing again. I advised Transunion of the matter they requested same documents there were very efficient and I had to report it to Expirien two times because I had no response from them till now. Now I keep on receiving emails from lawyers of RCS requesting payment of R500 I'm not even sure who settled the difference. This lawyers are requesting an affidavit as well of which I'm tired of going to police to request for the same documents sending it to 10 different people. This account has already affected my credit profile for one and I need answers from CTM tiles who used the account and how without me signing anything.
