Flactuating Debit Orders

I regret taking a loan from RCS at Builders. Their servise has been a nightmare. I've made a number of phone calls to fix one and the same issue over and over again. In 2019 I took a loan of R8,267.23 and till today I am paying. Firstly, an amount of around R89 was debited, I sent an email requesting for an increase on my debit order and I received no response. After some time few consultants called to say I have been paying less amount on my account, I have to start paying more than a R1000 to catch up. I did so, few months later again the debit order decreased, I called again to enquire and the problem was fixed, I then request to make my own payments. I was denied to do so as they mentioned that the company will debit and correct installments will be taken. Again last month less amount was debited and I am not getting any correspondence regarding this flactuation. My debt is again accumulating interest. I feel like as long as I don't settle the whole amount, this will be life time debt. I do not recommend anyone to take a loan with this company, it's a total *******. Their offices are not easily accessible, they indicated that they are only based in Cape town. It's a headache, a real nightmare.
