Fix your payment system
WoW so they have no communication skill what so ever... ( Edgars to RCS )
So they are calling me non stop to get a payment I already made on the 2/10/202. I made payment on the ozow payment system (my first time) it went of my bank acc and now they say I did not pay... I emailed them 3 times with proof i payed but still get called emailed and smsed every day to make payment... o spoke to 3 call center operators that made notes that I did made a payment. Why does it take so long to allocate my payment after I send proof.
