<p>I was called by Andile from the RCS call center he told me my limit was approved i'll get an 2 sms's one. showing my IDX information and the other showing my request was approved as he told me i was approved for 3500 and I said I wanted a limit of 2000 rand not 3500 I told him to minimise it.</p> <p>If my request is not actioned i'll just terminate the card as well as the relation between myself and rcs i've been with you for long this level of incompetence is not acceptable.</p>
