Faulty Authentication
I have been trying to pay my Game RCS account since 07 November. Usually I make payments using the Game self service portal, when I logged in the site sent me required facial recognition to authenticate me, I comp**** and did as required. However some reason that authentication has not been successful and my account has been flagged for *****. I have called the call centre two times, and both times I have been told that someone will contact me. I have now been waiting for two weeks for an update
