False promotion

<p>I received an sms promotion from RCS cards stating that if i spend 1000 before a certain date i will receive 200 back. i then spent an amount just more than 1000. to my amazement, when i received my statement at the end of the mouth, the discount was not indicated. i called their call centre where i was kept on hold for minutes spending my own airtime which makes it a futile exercise to even claim the 200. nonetheless, i was told they would revert in 48 hours. they never did. today i received another sms promoting a similar offer. i laughed it off.</p>
