false beurau reporting
I called RCS on numerous occasions in regards to the arrears appearing on my account because I had always made payment on time, I was informed to send proof of payment to [Email Removed] I have to date sent them the proof twice, and another was sent by Asif Isaacs and I was CC'd by him and I am still waiting for any for of response or update from them, yet my account is still reported as in arrears on beurau!
