false advertising builders card

i app**** for a builders card online it was approved , one of the main reasons i opened this account its because i am currently renovating my home . i am based in Cape town renovating my home in east london one of the benefits listed online for builders card is i will get an additional card for a family member i figured this account will be perfect i can get my mom the additional card .i phoned the call centre to get this additional card customer service told me there is no such card , i asked for a team leader who confirmed yes there is an additional card i can go to builders to get one this was friday 01/12/18 ,today i went back to the store we phoned rcs to activate the additional card i was told i must wait 90days to get an additional card.i asked customer service to get me my contract that indicate 90days waiting period because on my online application there is no such information i am still waiting .
